Just means Hondas are modular, like the old cars, how you could swap parts between them. For example, the Si can use RSX-S BBK's and S2000 brake pads, which is significant for four reasons. 1) Pads are not universal, 2)the Si's pads and rotors suck ass and can warp at the track with just three laps of moderately heavy abuse, which blows because 3) there are no track and/or street pads for the Si right now, and 4) those like myself who will/have upgraded wheels and want to upgrade to a BBK for either looks (street/show), increased stopping ability (street/strip/autoX) or a combination of both.
The RSX-S uses the same brakes as the Si. Any kit made for the Type-S should fit the Si. I'm not sure about non-Si's. Logically it should be a yes, but until it's absolutely certain, it's still unknown, unless el_ben found the answer to that.
