well, the only thing i can think of would be get a centrifugal supercharger (vortech, procharger, etc) which whines like a turbo, gives good power and may have a setup or purpose for a BOV (they may have a wastegate set up for that, i really dont know). beyond that, your only real options are:
a. get a turbo
b. get a turbo
c. get a turbo
d. get a turbo
e. get a fake BOV that does nothing but make noise
