Here is where I did my little mod. I got some square aluminum pipe. Cut it to fit into the well. Joined it using L brackets and metal screws (I don't know how to weld). Placed into the wheel well and pushed into the sound deadener.





I bought some foam (closed cell) and cut spots for the wrench and jack. I also have the ContiComfort kit. It is the orange box above. I stuck it to the carpet floor. It will fill most minor holes in tires. I also have a tool kit, med kit and extra oil in the trunk. Quick and easy, only sliced one finger with the hack saw. I may redo it some time later, but it's not back for less than an hours work.
wont the dynamat be the same weight as the spare... and the wrench and jack arent needed if thers no longer a spare in there :P
