its not dull b/c i did not spray a top coat. i did my friends and sprayed a top coat and it came out kinda dull. the brand is pactra. its racing finsh RC294 window tint. silver can with a black cap. something happened and i cant upload pictures but when i fix it ill post a pic of the can
