Talking Easiest tail light tint DIY in history

The only materials you need to buy are 1-2 small cans of window tint polycarbonate spray. The best place to go is a hobby shop. I couldn't find it anywhere else, but all it is is little cans that say WINDOW TINT on the cap. I bought 3 cans b/c the guy said I would need it, but you don't. I did my friends Chrysler 300 and my Si with the same can. They cost $4.12 where I got them.

Anyway here's how you do it:

1. Tape off whichever areas on the car you don't want to get sprayed.

2. Clean the part of the tail light that you are gonna spray with a damp washcloth, or I used these glass cleaning wipes.

3. Spray light, even coats maing sure to not release the nozzle on a part of the tail light b/c it makes a little blotchy spot.

4. Spray how many ever coats you want until you reach your desired darkness.

5. If you want you can spray a top coat on after it dries. I did it on my friends car and it came out a little duller; it wasn't too shiny. I did not spray a top coat on mine, and it looks just like a film; it's more shiny.

6. Let it dry and you're done.
