[Triple8SI]

I need advice.
Parked in an underground parking today. Parked in a spot where there were pipes above my car. Came back, and saw drops on my windshield. Thank god not the roof of my car. Never the less, it seems it has permanently stained my windshield with a clear white film that I cant take off. Kinda looks like dried up bird ****. I believe it might be calcium, or liquid sulphur that may have dried up on my windshield caused by the pipes?!?!?! I dunno.

My friend has this same problem, where the drops landed on her hood. She cannot take it off. I've tried Windex, Armor All, Scraping it...any suggestions, and anyone ever run into a problem like this b4?
