Service Manual information for Si model...
I have purchased volume 1 and 2 of the 2006-2007 Service Manual for our Civics from Helms Inc. During a very rainy Christmas break, I read through both of them and extracted some useful information for our Si model members. Could be saved as a sticky if Webby feels it has merit.

Little Tid-bits
Cylinder Compression: 135 psi. Max. variation is 28psi
K20Z3 has no EGR valve
Fuel cutoff is set at 8,200 rpms
Head has a VTC and VTEC oil strainer/filter
To relieve fuel pressure: Remove under-dash PGM-FI main relay 2 from the fuse/relay box and start engine and let it run until it stalls
Fuel filter is built-in the gas tank
Front camber: 0° 00' (±30')
Rear camber: -1° 30' (+1° 5'/ -0° 45'). Note: Negative is in at the top
Brake bleeding sequence: LF, RF, RR, LR
* When changing rear brake pads, rotate the caliper piston clockwise to align the slot with the stud located on the inner brake pad.
A/C refrigerant oil is PAG SP-10
Vehicle utilizes Controller Area Network (CAN) systems:
F-CAN (Fast controler, controls SRS, ECM, ABS/VSA, EPS)
B-CAN (Slow controler, controls Body related items)
MICU (Multiplex Integrated Control Unit) built into the under dash fuse/relay box). Controller has a sleep and wake-up function. Always remove the ignition key to allow for sleep mode (reduced parasitic drain on battery).
Audio and HVAC systems have built-in self-diagnostics that can be initiatied by pressing certain buttons in sequence.
Remember, most all of these values are intended for the Si model. Values will vary for DX, LX and EX models. For $87.69 shipped, these two manuals are an invaluable tool for working on our vehicles. I would highly recommend purchasing them if you intend on keeping your vehicle for some time, adding modifications or doing your own repairs after the warranty runs out.
Bill.
