I've read elsewhere that the 2006 Si has the problem where the RPM hangs between shifts and that a simple reflash would fix the issue. But I cannot find a Honda recall or a Honda posted bulletin on this, and thus I cannot get them to flash it under warranty. Plus, they state they never heard of this.
