All street racing should be a felony and immediate impound of your car. I'm all for the other ones though. Of course, I'm a firm believer that "older" drivers should be required to have more strict driving courses, reaction time tests, etc. I'm not sure how a cop could enforce the trunking one. Unless he/she hears someone moving around they can't "search" your car illegally.
