Same behavior in my 08 SI too but I can live with it and it does make low rpm downshifts somewhat smoother. Hondata apparently knows how to fix this (ECU reflash). Why can't Honda get it right? Too bad Hondata won't do a low cost reflash that just corrects this issue.
