Not really. PCD = Pitch Circle Diameter. The most common PCD for cars are x100 and x114.3. One is metric (100mm) and the other one is based on it's english counterpart (4.5 inches) converted to metric. Hope that helps. Oh newer cars have 5 lugs instead of 4 lugs.
And from the looks of it, I think ILL has the lowest offset on 17x8s right now with a +33 and it fits.
