Does anyone know what the HPF setting on the D3 is for? I know HPF means High-Pass Filter, but I'm not sure why the D3 would have a setting for it. The options are just on and off.
Again, so no one needs to scroll up and read my older post:
I have the stock speakers, stock, sub, and stock amp all running, plus I have a 580 watt amp with 2 12" subs, 1100 watt total. I'm PRETTY sure I had to get a high-pass filter when I got my amp/subs set up, so does this mean I should turn the HPF setting on in the D3? Pffft I think I just answered my own question. Common sense: do you have a high-pass filter? If yes, turn on the HPF setting  can't believe it! The two go together! LOL... any input would be great. When I turn my volume up past 15 the sound gets distorted. I'm trying this mysterious HPF setting later tonight and will post back if it takes care of my problem!
