I seriously dont see what everyone is all bent out of shape about. Its not like we closed it and are preventing you guys from having your LA thread. It was reopened under a new name with the rules posted. People are going around screaming that I have wrong them in some way. Seriously, What is the big deal??

It's just "whatever," man. For what it's worth, on some of the other forums I moderate, we're mildly lax in the local sections. Issues are definitely viewed as a case-by-case basis, but if one mentions an item that's for sale in a local thread, unless it's a clear "**** you" to the rules, more often than not, I'll let the transgression go.
What a moderator does is up to one's discretion, of course. I know that as well as anyone.
I'm in no way bashing you for doing your job-- I get that-- I'm just saying things can be seen in grey, rather than just black & white.
Anyway, enough of questioning or justifying or whatever we're doing here.
