yea the blueish hue is built into the glass, its more of a uv protection than anything else. regular tint will really help in everyday night driving, but for the occasional ****head that you had behind you, what i do is flip the switch on my rearview mirror, and adjust the side mirrors to point upwards towards their face(the person highbeaming you)
also i know how you feel on that tired issue, i work nightshifts and continuously go more then 24 hrs with no sleep.
next time if you that tired and need to drive slow to concentrate, your best peice of mind will be taking a local route, you can drive as slow as you need
