EFX 10-gauge Amplifier Wiring Kit Power and signal connections for your new amp at Crutchfield.com

I have wired speakers (not component) and head units in previous cars. I want to do this, but I didn't know my Civic had a sub! Where is it? It really puts out no bass. Do I need to disconnect it? Are there RCA jacks on some amp where the sub is now I can use instead? Is there a harness?

I really appreciate any help.

okie day
i BELIEVE the basslink has speaker level inputs, a plus for you
depends on if u have a 2dr or 4dr ex
2dr has the subwoofer (its the bigger speaker inbetween the two 6.5" speakers on the rear deck, under the rear window)
the 4dr may or may not, tough to tell
either way u can connect it
if you HAVE that subwoofer, then just unplug it and plug some crimped connectors into it and into the speaker level inputs on the basslink
if NOT:
you will have to crimp BOTH left and right rear speakers, or shall i say splice into them
i NEVER recommend cutting unless necessary, so see if there is another way, but you may have to use a splice tap connector

just check the rear deck, you should see an oval shape from the top in front of the 3r brake light, OR look from underneath u should see a bigger magnet ;-)
pray to god you have it, cause it will make subwoofer intergration a WHOLE lot easier

NO RCA jacks on Head unit
No specific harness you can use
Unless you want to create a double harness and splice into that instead, may be cleaner for removal in the future if you dont have the sub
