Dupont or spies hecker are my fav. paints. They are quite expensive though but they cover far better than other paints. As for the amount i would say a quart of sealer, 3qt sprayable for the base, and a gallon of clear. I did my whole 92 prelude jambs and all w/ a gallon dupont chroma base and a gallon of clear.
