well i hope everything goes good 4 you. but yea just hold that part you can depress down and push both ends in to each other and you should here it click, and if u tug a lil you'll notice it wont come off. i believe u can get to the wiring w/o removing your bumper again, u can try to take out the black panelling in front of your passenger tire, its only held on by a few clips and you should see the windshield wiper tank and if u could see that then you should see you wires. that blows that they 4got to give you a switch, that must of sucked when you got to that part. the only problem i had with my installation was i could get the 20amp fuse all the way in, it hangs out almost half way idk why i cant get it in all the way!
