Useful info if you dont have money to buy a drill or proper tools,Go to a home depot or any hardware store and buy this hacksaw to cut out the fog lights, it cost me about $7. I made my cut outs in about 20min. a lil under 10min for each side. It cuts Great through the plastic cause it has very sharp teeth and the tip of it u can cut out the holes where needed, follow the CollegeHills PDF.
Be very careful with it and try not to cut yourself, or else you will suffer some consequences lol, i accidently stabbed myself down to the bone and my finger wouldnt stop bleeding for anything, it was the worst
