The Brown plug connects to the Brown plug that is next to the washer-fluid reservoir. Mine was covered with some sort of lubricant and I left it on, which was no problem...

Is this brown connector supposed to snap when you connect it to the brown connector on the harness? I tried pushing the two together until my hands bled but they wouldn't snap. Is that why my fogs won't light up?
I'm missing the switch as well because they forgot to include it in the package but everything else is wired up.
The fogs don't blink when I unlock the car.
