I do UOA's regularly, and will be getting a TBN on the next (3rd) sample of my Si's oil.... due in about 2000 miles (6 weeks)

I also do them on my CR-V...

it does help with the OCD, though I strictly follow the MM and change at 15% with OEM fluids and a Mobil1 Filter.
