Hey 8th!
Been browsing for a while now, but was bored at work and decided it was time to register.

Picked up a black 09 Si on Friday after Thanksgiving. Really enjoying it so far. I had an 08 VW R32 for about 9 months, but the combination of horrible MPG (12-14 city, which is where I am mostly) and payments almost double that of the Si, really didn't make it feel worth it to me. (also, I sold it for only $1200 less than I paid 9 months later)

The Si is my first manual car. I've driven a few others, but only on short trips. So far, I love it. Its everything I wanted, and the payment is tiny. Its a whopping 700lbs lighter than my R32 also, which makes it feel downright nimble.

Planning on doing a CAI (or RAI) and exhaust. Possibly headers if I get the nerve.
