i found this on the hondata forum about 10 or so mins ago. i dont think its a repost but if it is i am sorry but for all those that havent seen it...

The KPro is something which was created for the 02-04 RSX style ECU. It will only work on that type of ECU with the exact same Oki processor. Honda has changed the architecture of the ECU, including processors, so that there is no way the KPro can be made to work on any other ECU. Hence there will not be a KPro for the 06-08 Civic.

However, we are developing a programmable ECU interface fot the 06+ Civic. It will not be the KPro. It will not work in the same way as the KPro. It will not look the same as the KPro. We will let you know when it is close to ready. As an indication, we started work on this in September 2005. We have been busy, but it is a lot of work.

Drive by wire makes no difference to the size of the job. In fact, in our reflashes we do not change any of the drive by wire parameters, and any other product will also not change the DBW. If you are worried that this limits your potential tuning, then don't worry - the Honda DBW works very well. 'Throttle hang' type issues are caused by emissions dictated behaviour, and not the DBW.
