Not if you keep the same OD (which is what you should do) For example Civics come with 15's (Hybrid & DX-G) 16's (LX & EX) & 17's (Si) but they all have the same outside diameter so that the speedo remains the same. (in fact the 16's are a hair taller than the 17's)
