Not a parent yet, but will talk about my little bro i guess
PARENTS:
1. What do you hope for your child to get out of his/her education?
Better concepts in life and what it presents in all aspects, math, English, etc.
2. Do you think education should be improved?
In my state yes, alot of high schools don't offer enough corses, in my area atleast.
3. Do you think too much pressure is put on students to succeed?
In my opinion not enough is actually put on students, but i would think its more of the parent's job to apply the pressure about how important school is.
4. Are your child's teachers good teachers?
Many of them are good, its just the curriculum isnt that great.
5. If you could change anything about education what would it be?
Curriculum changes.
6. Is education a priority to you?
Pretty important
7. Do you think teaching is an admirable job?
Hell-Yea, except the teachers that dont do squat.
8. Would you want your child to grow up to be a teacher?
Depends on if the child wants to.
9. What do you think is the main importance of education?
To challenge minds to think differently rather than having a mental set about everything.
