I've ordered from them about 20 times over the course of 5 years. They ocasionally ship a wrong item or omit one from the box, but a phone call is all its ever taken to straighten out the issue. The times they've made a mistake they've sent the correct or missing part via next-day delivery. They aren't perfect, but given that they sell real honda parts without the send-our-kids-to-college dealership markup and fix any errors with speed and grace it's all good.
