In fact, College Hills Honda shows the EX stereo & cruise switches as an "assembly" which would indicate to me that the harness is part of it. BTW, the "assembly" is $96.24 from them. I'm sure there might be some miscellaneous trim pieces that you need to make it all fit together but it might be worth checking out---

I was actually wondering if I could get that volume assembly for my LX steering wheel. I just got my new 06 coupe and so i'll be putting my aftermarket radio in and I was wondering if the volume controls would work through the factory wiring harness of the radio to adjust the volume on the aftermarket...
