I just got My Civic last July. It keeps raining here in Md and I keep hydroplaining for some reason. When I'm at a stop sign or a stop light, I will accelerate and it will loose touch with the ground. Am I taking off to fast, or are the stock tires messed up? Has anyone had this issue or have this issue?
