Yes they do BUT I was here last winter and they don't get alot of snow here it rains and then it all freezes and then you can't go ANYWHERE. + once it is below 30 cold is just cold doesn't really matter anymore when you can't feel anything.
I lived in Cottage Grove for 14 years, I probably would move to the actual city insted of moving back there...I'm thinking Bloomington or St. Louis Park.
