My car actually does this as well, im at 81000 miles (2006 Fiji civic si HFP), and I recently did the 3rd gear repair, with a new clutch and it still vibrates in fourth gear.
The car doesn't vibrate, nor can you see the shifter vibrate, it is interminttent and only if you touch the shifter while in fourth to feel it.
I think it is normal since there's so many of us with this characteristic.
