Honestly it probably won't be an issue. However, technically you aren't supposed to mix the two. Most parts stores sell a coolant that is compatible with any color (usually it is almost clear or yellow). The color is really just so you can tell them apart, the difference is in the additives they use.
I can't honestly say I've ever personally witnessed what happens if you mix types, but the additives supposedly react to one another and you aren't supposed to mix them.
