I can't really tell you, it's all specific to the actual damage you've incurred. I don't think there's a whole lot of adjustment range on cars these days, though, so other than try to set the toe there's not a lot to do at the alignment shop. And even though this will likely help, this is a dangerous situation that you need properly address. The old 'I don't have the money' thing doesn't change this one bit. Either get the car fixed right, or find some other means of transport--the car's just not safe like that. Sorry you've got the problem, but you're going to have to engineer a real solution.
And you've already mucked up the tires, and risk damaging the CV joints, wheel bearings, suspension, or transmission by continuing to operate the car in its current state. Mess on one or more of these parts and you'll be wishing you could go back in time and fix the original problem--the crash damage--right.
