Is this (clutch engagement point) an indication of a dying clutch?

Lately I've noticed the clutch engagement has moved up quite a bit. It used to grab like an inch off the floor, now it's like right at the end of the release.

Reason I ask is because the car only has 20k miles on it and I don't **** around with it much if at all. I've never been to the strip. I've launched the car from 3-4k RPMs maybe 10 times in the year and a half I've owned it. When I start from a stop, I usually start letting the clutch out at 1.5k RPMs, nothing crazy. I don't ride the clutch in traffic often unless absolutely necessary. The only thing I could think of attributing to the clutch dying so early would be me riding it up to 8k or so on my commutes, but I'd have to imagine most SI owners do that.. Even when I do take it up there, I never slam it into the next gear while the gas is down and power shift.

Someone on here mentioned that the engagement point is self-adjusting so I'm confused if it's actually dying or just "self-adjusting".
