not a clue..
if ur on mac open garage band, open itunes drag the song from itunes to garage band... share>send ringtone to itunes.. then u'll get a lil orange bar drag it and adjust it to the part of the song u want, hit play it'll play jus the part u "chopped", then again go to share>send ringtone to itunes... VOILA! ur good to go!
