For all of you guys who are centrafuse fans like i am now
I created a Com port plugin for centrafuse that will allow you to send a command through the com port and centrafuse will interpret it and execute certain command.
The command list i designed was for utilizing steering wheel controls as well as setting up the voice control like AvWuff's project which i just thought was amazing. Thanks AvWuff for the help.
Command List
SN - Next Song
SP - Previous Song
VU - Volume Up (Without a dialog box)
VD - Volume Down (without a dialog box)
VC - Toggle Voice Command
If you want me to add more commands let me know. I can do it but it just didn't seem like many people would need more than just those.
So Civic owners this would be a way to keep your steering wheel controls if ur building a carputer. Of course ur gonna need a little more hardware and a little more code but its not too bad
