Did the rep mention specifically the Si? I never thought the CEL pertained to the Si. Everyone who seemed to have the problem installed it on the R18. That's not to say it was still a poorly designed intake - both parties mentioned hesitation problems and the what not.

I mentioned both to him. This was almost a month ago so I am trying to recall the conversation but I do remember him implying that the issue wasn't with the Si but rather with the R18. I believe he said that they addressed the problem and re-designed the unit. He didn't give me an exact date though.
