when i got back from basic training i worked out 5 days a week. i took creatine before i worked out (the powder kind). in 3 months i was double the size i was from when i started out. but i had to go to iraq and spent a year there without working out. i stayed the size i was, and maybe lost it a lil, but it was because obviously i was so active. butt now since im back, i lost it all. im back to the sixe i was before basic.... it works, just follow the dirctions.
