If you take creatine make sure you drink enough water. I know three people out of 20+ who receive ill side effects. Mainly kidneys stones but there is nothing to say they didn't have them prior to creatine. I've never had an issue but i also drink up to a gallon of water a day.
A lot of people claim that "loading" is required but i personally think it's a waste. If you've never taken it before and you do load, you might find yourself

ing everywhere because your stomach will not be use to it. I would suggest taking one serving after lunch and the other 30mins before work out.
Also cut back to half on days you do not work out on. Every 8-10 weeks cycle off for about 1-2weeks.
And please don't take creatine if your not working out. No good! Stick to a schedule.
