^basically I'm trying to take off some weight and get back to the running I used to do back in the day. Since highschool ended for me I went from about 170 to 205 as of about a month ago, since then I have taken off a lot of water weight from eating really well and exercising mainly running. I'm know around 178 and I'm now running between 20-26 miles a week. I don't necessarily want to get huge I just want to get very toned and gain more muscle mass. I understand that when it comes to gaining muscle the main thing is to stick to it and never bend and I'm really working on that since I love working out again finally. So ya I'm just looking for that extra little help, without hurting my body. Thanks everyone for your advice!
p.s. I just lifted a little and what not and drank some gnc whey protein that I had from a little while ago..man that stuff is gross good thing I was thirsty or else I couldn't have finished it
