you've already realized the main problem, and thats ur inconsistency. It also depends what your going for, the more cardio you do, the less bulky your going to get. Note, that doesnt mean you lose strength, just size with the more cardio you do. If your aiming towards developing size and strength, i would emphasize more of your workouts towards weightlifting every other day. I dont recommend any type of supplements at all other than maybe a protein shake. The key to losing weight or getting/staying in shape is consistency and commitment of excercise and proper diet. Your not going to lose 50 lbs. in a week similarly to how you didnt gain 50 lbs in a week. your not going to be able to double the weight your doing now in a week whether ur taking supplements or not. Its something that demands alot of hard work and commitment. I know it doesnt really answer your question, just thought id throw another more natural solution. Good Luck
