creatine
ok so the other thread about protein supplements got me curious again about creatine, first off I know a few things about weightlifting but my problem is I typically can't stay consistent with working out, lately I have but only with running. When I do lift I typical don't gain muscle very easily and I'm looking for something to help speed up the process since I am pretty weak. So I have heard nothing but good things about creatine but I don't think I trust the sources does anyone have experience with it? Is it worth it? Or would you suggest something else?
