because if Ford released some of the US models in EDM, the europeans would spit in their face and egg the cars on the lot for insulting them. . . they just have higher standards up there, it might also be that their 'domestic' manufacturers are making such better cars that they have to compete, thats my take on it. . . Americans are just to eager to jump into a POS because its cheap, go to the EDM, you can have good quality and cheap together, im sure a Renault or a Peugot would beat the **** out of this USDM focus in all categories of comfort, style, and everything else in between
