Okay, well when I got my wheels they came with some black lugs.. don't know what kind they are or anything because the guy threw them in for free.. anyway I can tell they arn't the best in the world, and are starting to rust a little.. Anyway I wanted them to be red or blue to begin with, so my friend said to get some aircraft paint remover, and then buy this kind of paint for like home depot or somewere that has anti rust.. the paint comes in like blue or red or whatever..

So basically I want to know is this a "ok" way to paint them? Anything else I should do? Just info like that pretty much..
