This is a true story.
My dads friend gave him an older Chevrolet Corsica which was supposed to be my brothers first car when he turned 16. My brother is now 21 so it's some time ago. Anyways, we had it painted at Maaco thinking it's cheaper so we'll do it. What we got was nothing we expected. Maaco calls us and told us as they were pulling the car out of the shop, the brakes had failed. They hit a wall with it. So my dad is in disbelief and he goes to check it out. My dad is shocked. The brakes should still work! So he gets the local Police Department to come with him [he is a police officer himself]. They check it out and determine with him that they had to of 'joy rided' it or something because the front end was smashed in and it was so bad the back seat was bent in a V-Shape. Yikes! And the wall they hit was cut perfectly with a jig saw.
In the end, Maaco had to pay. And a couple of years later, Maaco opens a collision center. Hm... LMFAO. Wow.
