As far as lowering, if you just want springs, you can't go wrong with Eibachi Sportlines or Skunk 2.
As far as full sus, I don't know much about them but alot of people have Kpro suspension or full Skunk2 and the love them.
I however have Eibachi Springs and they work perfect for me. 1.4 drop all around, on stock shocks.
