you should use the bolts but dont actually bolt the projector in place. Use them as guides and then "glue" the bolts onto the reflector peice. Thats what I did. My cutoff is nearly perfect.
Since you have the projector in place you could do a shroud but you have to make an extension peice to cover the rest of the projector.
