There is a much easier way to fill the transmission with fluid. Get a clear tube and pass it through the engine bay. One end will go directly into the fill hole. The other end will be exposed in the engine bay. From there you can use a funnel to pour the manual transmission fluid. You will most likely need a buddy to help you.
