For the image... did you "pre-set" the specs like your site says or can you crop an existing image to specs? I'm not that familiar with Photoshop programs (all the more reason to learn  )

I honestly don't know what you did differently. Maybe it has to do with the picture settings, but I doubt it. I'm just glad it's working for you.
I cropped your picture to fit the specs. If you only resize it, then the picture becomes distorted and doesn't look right. Cropping it means you lose a little bit of your original picture, but in the end it doesn't look like ****.
Of course, I also added that extra symbol you asked for using Photoshop. Icing on the cake
