HID Retrofit complete (Pics)

Okay so i recently did my HID retrofit and i will have to say that it was definitely hard. But it was hard because of the method used. The aiming was the hardest part to make sure that the beam pattern was correct

My materials were:

TSX Projectors
HID Kit with 8000k Bulbs
Guinea Pig Headlight
and a bunch of tools.

Note: My uncle is an engineer so he has many tools that made this job much easier. Instead of using a dremmel tool like in most DIYs we used a radial arm saw like in the first picture. Definitely made life a lot easier.

The first part was drilling a perfect circle depending on the projector used. This made life a lot easier because this hole was drilled in 5 seconds.

So here it is after drilling.

Then came putting in the projector. This was the hardest part because aiming it to go the right way was hard. My uncle and I decided the next retrofit we're gonna do is gonna use a more convenient and easier method to putting in the projector.

Here is the projector finally placed into the reflector.

Here is the complete project

I will post night shots later.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

The only notes i'd like to make about this project is that drilling the projector into the headlight is extremely difficult and impractical. Using a glue is more convenient and easier to aim.
