if it's only when you put on your lights, then I'd think the issue has nothing to do with the speaker, but is a grounding problem at the deck side of things, or a deck has been connected without the appropriate filter/choke (they often come with one on the ignition line of the radio) Also, ensure that no speaker wires are touching the car's chassis at all.
