Liked the look of the other 8thcivic.com members sporting APR splitters. Decided to take the plunge and join the club.

I made the install harder than it needed to be but I'm a perfectionist in most things and wanted this mounted as securely as possible. While I had the bumper off, I did the fog light opening to vent/grill mod that someone posted on the DIY forum some time ago. I painted mine post bondo application however. Just masked around the entire black area and painted with black plasticoat paint.

I like the look of the splitter on GG. I'm sure some will disagree. Next spring I'm going to purchase the HFP suspension package and install myself. I figured some might suggest lowering my car a bit. I hear ya and am getting there.

For those interested in getting the APR splitter themselves, PM me and I can explain how I attacked the project.
